United Military Mortgage, LLC has implemented policies and procedures to ensure the adequacy of the hiring, training, systems, monitoring, complaints, and reporting functions relating to lending transactions. All employees involved in the loan origination process are checked against all industry and agency exclusionary lists. All employees are expected to complete all new hire training, including Digital University Training, within the first 30 days of employment. Failure to do so may lead to termination. United Military Mortgage, LLC’s Quality Control Plan includes a post-closing review, pre-closing review, and fraud prevention/red flag process.
