The Westing Game by Ellen Raskin has 16 detectives but by and large the most effective was 13 year old Turtle Wexler. She cared for Julian R Eastman as he was dying, won the westing game, and helped the trail to unveil Sam Westing and prove Crow innocent. Turtle Wexler played a crucial role in the westing game. Turtle Wexler was vital to the storyline because she cared for Julian R Eastman at the end of his life. She showed that she cared for him by staying by his bedside as he died. “Turtle spend the night at the bedside of 85 year old Julian R Eastman” as said on page 179 in The Westing Game. This
