Tomi and Keet were very different and similar in many different ways that we wouldn’t even imagine. Their differences can go from race to the characters in the story and how they were used. I’m going to address the differences for both sides first and we can then look at the similarities. In the beginning of the story, it says that they were in japan and Tomi was Japanese. Later in the story it said that Keet was an American and was a bully towards Tomi. He even tried to destroy his katana which is a really big thing for Japanese people and Tomi must’ve felt hurt. Tomi is such a kind and loving person, but keet is just a bully. Which is awesome because Tomi is the main character and more important than Keet because he isn’t really a needed
