Did you know that if a person waits until they are thirsty to drink water they may already be dehydrated? If a person is dehydrated they can suffer many health complications. These health issues can include headaches, joint pain, and can even be serve as depression. According to an online article from the Boston College website 2 out of every 3 people in America do not drink enough water. This is an epidemic that is haunting our nation. Many people are wondering why we have so many issues with our health care, well it is because we have so many issues with our health itself. Drinking more water will allow you to live happier and healthier lives. If people were more educated on what exactly water is, why our bodies need water, the benefits of drinking water, and how much exactly are we supposed to be drinking, then we may be able to change the statistics and give our nation a healthier future.

Through the wonders of nature, water can take on many different forms. Drinking water is essential and indispensable to life itself possible on the face of the earth, it is much more than a well, a resource, a commodity, drinking water is specifically a human right of first order and an element essential national sovereignty itself and, most likely, whoever controls the water control the economy and life in the not so distant future.

Humans use water on a daily basis, in everything from drinking, to cleaning, and for recreational uses in pools or waterparks. But the human body itself is the main contester in how it is used.
