Public sector is the organization that under the control of government. In the other words, it also can be said that the part of the economic system is controlled by federal, state and local government ("Public Sector," n.d.). Government set up corporation to integrate the benefit that derived from government with the benefit in private sector. The major revenue of public sector is normally raise from the levy of tax, fees, and so on. They provide various types of public goods and services that not provided in private sector to improve the quality of life of the citizen. For example, they provide services likes police services, emergency service, fire services, infrastructure, health care, public education and so on (Rouse, 2015).

This is because government budget can be directly or indirectly the life of citizen, for example, the reduce of income tax rate which will directly increase the disposal income of an individual. The increase of disposal able to increase the purchasing power of the society which will indirectly improve the economic situation of a country. The 15 interviewees are all Malaysia citizen with different background. According to the data collect, as shown in the diagram 1.1 (Appendix 1) the range of the 15 interviewees are all working adult that at age between 22 years old to 58 years old and can be separate to 40% of male and 60% of female as shown in the diagram 1.2 (Appendix 2). There is only one interviewee is in Race of Malay. Beside on that, the 15 interviewees are also from different background which has different knowledge on different area that may view the budget aspect at different kind of view. According to the education of interviewee, as shown in the diagram 1.3 (Appendix 3) most of them are degree holders and only some of them are at SPM
