Discrimination is the most common structure that influences people throughout the world. Why should people judge and discriminate other people without knowing their background? The informal exchange of ideas by spoken words over human rights at the middle of human events of thousands of years. On the contrary, it could be able to change some but not all. Discrimination is still taking place in different ways up to this date. There are many different kinds of discrimination upon people: discrimination of race and skin color, discrimination in the workplace, and discrimination in school. Racial discrimination occurs when an individual is treated differently based on their actual or perceived race and based on skin color. Discrimination of race and color has related concepts. Color discrimination can occur between persons of different races or ethnicities, or between persons of the same race or ethnicity. Killing among people based on their skin color is always on an increase and the people of color is the impact of an explorer of discrimination. Because there are many competing views as to the freedoms that make up human rights, defining and protecting human rights has been difficult. People should have to work more ;in order, to change the awful situation that everyone is going through. If these freedoms get recognized, each individual can enjoy safety, security, and the ability to make many decisions and everyone’s lives will be fine. In 1963, the law made it illegal to pay women unequal wages from men if they work in the same workplace. The Equal Pay Act of 1963 has shielded women from obvious discrimination. Furthermore, the laws preventing racial discrimination shows that the first amendment says American citizens are guaranteed for religion assembly speech and right of the petition it is important to be educated on religious differences and protect other people from harm in the workplace. Religion discrimination is unequal treatment of employees hinged on their personal beliefs. Harassing individuals because of their religion is seen by making fun of employees or convincing them they are being disrespectful to the company dress code because of they wear religious clothing like hijabs, turbans and so on. Acting violently against the discriminators often causes an employee to leave the workplace, resign from a position, or in severe cases, to commit suicide. It’s presence and effects continue to be underestimated by the relevant stakeholders. In addition, laws such as the civil rights act of 1964 for about 50 years gender inequity persists carry throughout in today's workplace.
