In baseball there are several types of team players and how the team plays always determines on team chemistry. Team chemistry plays a major role in winning games, playing good, and not losing. Whenever a baseball team has great chemistry, no team will ever beat you. Whenever you get along together good, you are able to communicate and play together very well. There’s two major keys in baseball, communication and chemistry. In baseball whenever you make an error or get mad at something, you have to shake it off because the ball will always find you and then you’ll make even more errors.

I think the difference in being a team player and not a team player, is state championships. That's another thing, you are on the same team for a reason. You aren't on the team just to try and fight one another, you are on the team because you love the game you are playing and you are trying to win like everyone else is. I have had a few people tell me that tournament baseball will get you no where and how those teams aren't as good as a certain high school team. I this person would have said this is person I would have told them right then and there that the reason tournament teams are so good is because of team chemistry. Those kids that usually play on the teams nowadays have been playing together probably since they were 10 or 11 years old. That's why high school teams have a summer team, because they want their team to play as much as they can together so they can get used to who they will be playing with whenever the high school season comes
There aren't as many spots needed in baseball which makes it a little more easier and isn't time consuming such as wrestling is. Baseball is more like holding a pitch right and with the correct fluent arm motion. When wrestling is more like shooting a sweeping single and swiping the other leg out placing them on their back or stomach. Batting takes time to learn and lot of it. Its confusing if they drop their elbow on their swing and attack the ball with their hands it will take many reps to fix it. Baseball is where players get a rude awakening. No matter how amazing athletes are or think they are they always have bad technique somewhere. More than likely players will grow up playing that way. Although once they get a little higher it hits them, and it hits them hard. All those bad reps come and hit people by surprise when they got to restart from the beginning.
Many people might think that swinging the bat straight through the ball would be enough to hit the ball a decent distance off the bat. There's many more mechanics involved in the swinging process. Muscle has only a small part to play in the swinging a bat for power. There are two types of mechanics involved while swinging a bat, Linear and Rotational. Rotational mechanics are the dominant source of power in the swing. Out of the rotational mechanics come the two forces that help generate the speed and power of the swing, torque and the other comes from the energy of rotation. Speed from the energy of rotation comes from the path that your hands follow as you swing the bat. The speed generated by the circular rotation from your hands is like a ball at the end of a string, as long as your hands are moving in a circle then the ball continues to accelerate in a circle. So the bat will also move in at an increasing speed as long as your hands are following a circular path as you swing. Any foward movement of the hands or body in a straight line won't add to the overall bat speed.
To many, baseball is known as America’s pastime. They find it enjoyable to watch two teams strategize against each other in order to win each individual game. Many factors combine together to affect the outcome of the game. Usually the team with the most quality hits, fewest errors, and best pitching wins. One of the most important of these factors is decent pitching. If the pitcher is struggling it’s easier for the other team to get on base and score.

Steroids have always been looked down on because people say that they are unfair and unsafe to use. So far players that have used steroids in Major League baseball have been healthy and the only side effects of them have been success. Steroids have become a huge part of baseball since the 1990’s. players feel like they need to use them to stay competitive. Steroids help increase muscle mass and help athletes train harder and faster. This results in better play on the field. Most steroid users in the MLB (Major League Baseball) are pitchers and homerun hitters. Steroids need to be legalized in Major League Baseball to bring more excitement into the game so that more people will watch, it will level the playing field for all the players, it will keep athletes healthy during the long season, and it will be more efficient since the consequences for using the substance does not keep players from using them.
When you strike a bat against a ball it sends vibrations, much like the vibrations acting on airplanes or bridges, which travel in waves through the bat. This motion is important to understand because every vibration the bat experiences takes energy away from the ball's speed as it leaves the bat.

This makes it easier to explain why Marist has lost three years in a row to Wagner. Studies have shown that in a more collectivist society the team halo effect decreases or disappears. For the whole team to be blamed for the failure, there needed to be a team effort instead of having it be an individualistic game. If the team were playing together there would not be a single person to blame for it and the whole team would take the responsibility of the loss. Baseball is both a fast and slow sport, as it is slow between pitches, but very intense during them. We might not be best friends off the court but we do share the love for the game. When you mess with one of my teammates it’s like messing with one of my friends and you don’t do that if you know what’s good for you.
A team player must have a tremendous personality to be successful. A tremendous personality includes being friendly, tactful, and diplomatic. A friendly personality is good to help keep the other players in harmony. It is imperative to have a friendly personality so others will not be afraid to approach the team player with a problem. Being friendly to others will directly affect the tactfulness used in talking with other people. A team player that is tactful will always have the respect of the people around him/her. When a team player has the respect of the people around him/her, it will have a positive impact on any conflict that he/she must mediate when they arise on a team. The diplomatic skills a team player possesses will help bring any disputes that other players might have with someone to a quick conclusion. This is essential in keeping the team on a successful track.
