I love to eat a juicy steak at a nice restaurant once in a while, but sometimes it really isn’t worth it when you have hell-spawn disrupting the evening. Children running around and screaming are just accidents waiting to happen.

My family really enjoys outings and especially going to a nice restaurant to relax, take in the atmosphere and devour the delicious food that is placed in front of us.

On a regular evening out there are at least six or so problems I see that are attributed to children too young out in public or not taught well manners.

We went to Outback Steakhouse that evening to have a good time and make some money for her deaf students. There were several families there that were somehow linked to the school. As we ordered out food and sat patiently for it to arrive no more than ten minutes had gone by and the chaos started.

First, it was a kid kicking the waiter in the leg, and then it was to kids running around and throwing things, parents yelling at their kids, who obviously cannot hear them well since they were deaf, and eventually broken dishes and injured children. It got so bad that the staff eventually notified some of the parents to keep their children under control or they would have to leave the establishment.

I couldn’t believe the parents had the nerve to actually get angry with the staff in bringing the problems to their attention. It was the parents’ fault that the kids were acting the way they were. They were just totally oblivious to the potential dangers their kids were headed for. Those children could have knocked over a hot plate, hot liquid, a person, themselves, causing serious injury to
