November 22, 1963 is a day in which some Americans will remember and some won’t. That Friday at 12:30 P.M the President of the United States was shot at Dealey Plaza, Texas. There have been numerous theories on how the president was killed and how many shooters there were. However we did catch a suspect named Lee Oswald who was a former U.S. Marine sniper, who hated Kennedy’s views, and fled the scene and shot a police officer with his revolver. Many people have the right to blame Oswald but in my mind there were two shooters. In this essay I will explain why I believe this and help support my theory.
To explain the way Kennedy was shot we have to do some brief medical background. Kennedy had a bad back which meant that he couldn’t sit upright without feeling any pain. So in my theory Kennedy had to be sitting slightly forward to relieve his back pain while he was seated in the open limo. Secondly Governor Connally was sitting to the left of Kennedy and was about three to four inches lower than Kennedy. This would make a perfect angle for Oswald to shoot Kennedy and Connally together in one shot. Next let’s take a look at Oswald.
Oswald was a mysterious man. He went to live in Russia because he dislike America’s views even though he would later join the Marines at a young age. When he did come back to the United States he brought back his wife named Marina. The beginning of their relationship was bumpy and not as smooth as one would think. ...ooters because it would have been hard for Oswald to make the headshot. All of the other shots that hit Kennedy and Connally I believe but I have a hard time believing Oswald’s headshot. It would have been simply too hard for Oswald because he was right handed and he would have to lean out of the window pretty far to get the shot. I believe Jack shot Oswald so he wouldn’t snitch and acted the way he did so the police wouldn’t be so suspicious. Finally there are many theories out there and some are hard to believe and some are easily explainable. Maybe in 2017 when the government releases the documents we will truly now how Kennedy died.

In 1976, the US Senate ordered a fresh inquiry into the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, who was murdered in 1963 during a motorcade in Dallas, Texas while campaigning for re-election. People who had been involved in the original Warren Commission investigations were asked to make fresh statements. The FBI and the CIA were persuaded to release more of their documents on Oswald. New lines of inquiry were opened and individuals who had not previously given evidence were persuaded to come forward. Most important of all, pieces of evidence such as photos and sound recordings were subjected to scientific analysis using the most up-to-date methods and equipment. The House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) completed their investigation in 1979 and they finally came to a discrete verdict that Lee Harvey Oswald fired three shots at Kennedy, one of which killed the president. A fourth shot was fired from the grassy knoll, which was contradictory to the statement printed by the Warren Commission 16 years earlier. They concluded that John Kennedy was assassinated as the result of a conspiracy.
Assassination is a strong word with a powerful meaning. Assassination is defined as to kill suddenly or secretively, especially a politically prominent person; murder premeditatedly and treacherously. Assassinations and attempts have occurred throughout history. The victim is sometimes aware or unaware about their dangerous situation but is either guarded or unguarded. The assassin must have qualities of being determined, courage and intelligence to make the mission successful. Assassination is a long process of planning. It can take even years just to plan an assassination of a victim. Often times, assassination planning cannot be on paper because it can be evidence. The most common ways of assassination are using weapons, drugs, accidents and explosives. Surprisingly, the most common way of assassination is by gun. There can be many motives for assassination such as jealousy, political or religious ideas, revenge and etc. There are many famous assassinations. The assassination of Julius Caesar is very famous. Julius Caesar was Roman political figure, who was later was made the dictator of Rome, that was assassinated by the Senators.
The assassination of John Fitzgerald Kennedy, the 35th president of the United States, marked a tragic historical moment in American history. The president was fatally shot by a sniper while traveling with his wife, Texas Governor John Connally, and Connally’s wife in a presidential motorcade at 12.30 pm on Friday, November 22, 1963. JFK was pronounced dead shortly after rushing to Parkland Hospital, where a tracheostomy and other efforts failed to keep him alive. Although Lee Harvey Oswald, a former United States Marine, was convicted of the crime, the purpose behind the assassination remained inclusive as Oswald’s case never came to trial as he was shot to death two days later by Jack Ruby, a local nightclub operator in Texas. The assassination raised many questions and theories concerning the murder.
During his tour of the South Pacific JFK’s vessel was split in half by a Japanese Destroyer which led to it beginning to sink. JFK was one of 11 survivors of the wreck, who were all fearing death by drowning or sharks, but perhaps their worst fear was capture by the Japanese who were notorious for their cruelty and inhumane treatment of Allied POWs in WWII. This incident tested Kennedy’s resolve and leadership in which both of them he triumphed, he towed the weaker swimmers to an island miles away, then swam to find another island where they could hopefully find help. Eventually they were saved by some natives and Australian forces when Kennedy wrote a message on a coconut to the Australians. It was this heroism that helped create his political image as a great American hero; also the book describes how he related to mother who lost their sons in the war by sharing in their grief because he too lost people important to him in the war. The event helped to give him an incredible resume and as an already charismatic person he gained more relatability to people who he hoped would vote for
Some theories are that it was organized by the CIA, Fidel Castro, an Anarchist group, even by Vice-President Lyndon Johnson. However, once all the evidence is examined, it appears that the assassination was done by a lone man. So much of the evidence, from the way the assassination occurred, to the details of the alleged assassins’ life, and even to the official government findings and a film of the assassination, all point to the fact that there was no conspiracy and that Kennedy was killed by a lone gunman, Lee Harvey Oswald. Evidence that proves Oswald’s guilt are as follows; Oswald was pro-Communist, and hated America. He was in the Depository at the time of the assassination, and searches of the building found evidence of his work. The rifle with his finger prints on it was found by a make-shift snipers nest.
While researching the Kennedy assassination there were many articles, saying that the mob was involved in the shooting. The writers were convinced that there was more than one person involved when it came too killing John Kennedy, on that warm sunny day in downtown Dallas. However, while these authors were convinced that there was another party involved, so was the rest of America with eighty percent saying the report was false. The goal of this paper is to bring this topic into the spotlight once more, by connecting the shooting of the president with the mob, and Lee Harvey Oswald.
	George and Editha got in a heated argument about the war and their different opinions and he left to go out. George told her he would come back for dinner. At this point Editha considered their relationship over. She did not see how she could continue to love a man who did not love his country as much as she did. When George left, that was it for Editha. She decided that if he could not believe the way she did then he did not deserve her. She sat down and wrote him a letter and gathered all the things he had ever given her and put them all in a box. In the letter, she told him that she could not be with a man who was not loyal to his country first of all. She could not be with a man who did not believe the way she did and therefore she was breaking up with him. After thinking it over, Editha decided that she was jumping the gun and that since George said he would think about what she had said, that she would give him a chance to think her way, which she considered the only way.
Thesis Statement: Because of extensive evidence, I believe that Lee Harvey Oswald did not act alone on the day of November 22, 1963 in the assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. The additional gunman was strategically placed in the grassy knoll area, in order to shoot at Kennedy from a frontal view (Rubinstein 4).
Kathy's odd disappearance is haunting the reader all the way throughout the novel. Her husband?s unstable emotional being is somewhat a key to the mystery. We examine his inner thoughts and simultaneous occurrences, but we are still left guessing. There are various situations that lead to multiple possibilities of Kathy?s disappearance. Did John eat Kathy? Did she take the boat and vanish, or did John murder her, and hide her in the Lake of the Woods? These are all possible hypotheses that will be looked into and taken apart to find out what really happened to Kathy.
On the day of November 22, 1963 the day started out just like any other campaigning day for president John Fitzgerald Kennedy. Shaking hands and kissing babies was just the daily norm for the president of this great nation, but it all turned south in a quick hurry… John F. Kennedy was considered by many to one of the greatest world leaders this country has ever produced, but unfortunately his life was cut short. JFK was assassinated November 22, 1963, by who some said to be Lee Harvey Oswald, a very connected man, to organizations such as the Mafia, Russian KGB, the Cubans and Castro and even the CIA. But the real question lies between the lines in the fine print. Did Oswald commit murder and assassinate the president of the United States of America? That answer we may never truly know. Many believe that Oswald was the sole murderer of JFK, while others believe completely different theories. I happen to believe in a not so common theory in which the man behind it the assassination was none other than the jealous Vice President Lyndon Baines Johnson. LBJ was a dangerous man, he had many connections to mafia members, ex and current CIA members some of which had great feelings of hatred towards our president, even Johnson himself had many reason to dislike Mr. Kennedy but was LBJ really behind the murder our great president John F. Kennedy, that is what I intend to learn much more about. To better understand my theory I will give you just enough background information on some of the other common conspiracy theories, starting with the Warren Commission Report.
The descriptions in the story foreshadow the tragedy that ends the story. The author believed unexpected things happen often. In the case of this story, Louise Mallard believed her husband to be dead, having been told this by her sister, Josephine. However, when it is revealed that her husband had been alive the whole time, she is unhappy to see him and suffers a fatal heart attack. While she did have heart trouble, Richards and Josephine thought that the news of her husband’s death, not her seeing him again would be detrimental to her health, possibly even fatal. Chopin succeeded in getting this message across.
