In the summary that follows will be the main points including the techniques demonstrated by the teachers, the designs and arrangements of their classrooms as well as the special methods used by the “Exceptional Student Education” teachers and the “English for Speakers of Other Languages” instructors, that stood out to me as I did the fifteen hours of observations. The fifteen hours was disected into many different classes over many differnt days. Also, nine hours of the fifteen were spent in Exceptional Student Education and English for Speakers of Other Languages classes. This summary / reflection will be a synopsis based on the total fifteen hours as a whole instead of it 's individual pieces. First the techniques, all the teachers were very nice and professional and as far as their teaching methods went, they all used similar styles of coaching. The “English for Speakers of Other Languages” students also recieved extra time and attenion from the teachers. The teachers would even call them over one at a time to her desk (during reading time)and administer evaluations to determine their levels of speech. For both classes the teachers would always made sure to speak in a clear voice, they also would make sure to explain things in greater detail.

The following is my reflection about my fifteen hours of obsevations, the fifteen hours seemed liked an impossible task at first. Furthermore, I will admitt that I was also very nervous about doing this assignment. After my first few days in the feild, I managed to settle down and learned that all the students, teachers, and administrators were exceptionally supportive. At one point a student even thouhgt I was the husband of their teacher and made me a valentines day card with my first name and the teachers last name written on it, the little girl was very
