Psychologist made a research about the behavior of commuters in a subway station in New York, in which all races, religions, and classes in society are confronted with one another. Vanderbilt (2009) stated that pregnant women and women are more priority by the subway, once a person who is seated on the train sees pregnant women entering the coach he/she will initiate to stand and to give up her seat to make the pregnant women elderly or women comfortable in the whole ride. The alarming number of cases of sexual harassment is found in different countries in West Asia like Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Pakistan. In over 630 women who are surveyed 432 women or 69% of it is sexually harassed while in public transportation while the remaining 198 or 31% have not experienced this kind of mistreatment. The highest reported case is in Baku, Azerbaijan with 162 or almost 81% this alarming numbers should be reduced especially while riding in public transportation. The security must be tightened so that these cases will not happen again. (ADB 2015) added in their study that most of the victims of sexual harassment in public transportation tend not to ride again due to fear that they will experience this again. This is a challenge for the authorities in these three countries stated above to ensure that their passengers will reach their destination safe and sound. Coello (2014) observed that in every country that has a railway transit there are norms that should be followed for the other commuter safety and comfortability just like in Singapore where smoking, eating and drinking in their subway train is prohibited and there is an exclusive fine for those who will not follow, even bringing durian fruit which has a strong smell is prohibited but it does not have fine. But (Coello 2014) observed in train systems in South Korea where smoking, eating and drinking in their subway is prohibited most of the commuter are not following the rules, in the pictures that she posted on her blog there are South Koreans who are sleeping on the floor of a moving train, urinating inside the train and some women are in improper manner in sitting. It's very sad that there are rules that are implemented inside the system but some commuters tend not to follow
