On Wednesday June 17, 2015 at approximately 8:50 am, I James Wilson was at the Security Desk when two employees came to the security desk and reported that someone has hit a vehicle park in the staff parking lot. At that time, I exited the Security Desk and went to the back parking lot. I noticed people looking at the vehicle in question from the back courtyard and pointing to the vehicle. Once I arrive at the vehicle in question. I noticed a vehicle taking up two parking spot. It was a black Ford F 150 that a missing back bumper was torn from the vehicle. I walked around to the pesticide the vehicle. In addition, there was no one inside the vehicle. I noticed a black female sitting on the ground in front of the vehicle in the parking lot. She then tried to stand up and could not get all the way up. She fell back down to the ground. I asked her one more time are you sure, you are OK. While she was sitting on the ground, she spit some blood out of her mouth. At that time, I called Security desk on the radio and had Demetrius James (PID # 1777 security officer) to call the paramedics and Tulsa Police. While waiting for police and the paramedics the vehicle in question that she hit was four a door Mazda. At approximately 8:50 am paramedics arrived on site. One of the paramedics asked her what is going on. She started to speak to the paramedics and her words were not making any sense. Paramedics asked me if I smiled the liquor coming from her. The paramedics asked her has she been drinking. At that point, she stops talking to the paramedics. At approximately 9:10 am, Tulsa Police arrived on site. The two officers that arrive on site was Cpl.Collum and Gregg McGowan they asked the paramedics and me what was going on. Cpl. Cullum calls dispatch to run the tags on the vehicle. Dispatch respond back to corporals coming and inform them that the vehicle was witness in a hit-and-run accident at the QT on 51st
