Scary story response
Whether it’s watching a terrifying movie, to riding a gargantuan roller coaster, being scared somehow has a death grip on us, and leaves us urging to recive more. The way we feel, behave, and act can all be changed by fear, and in the thought of bad situations.. it can make us wail, but it can also make us laugh. So why do we like fear? The main reasons are they can be fun, they give us the wonderous sensation of adrenaline, and they leave us puzzled for days after it occurs.

For starters, a lot of scary moments are fun or exciting. Whether its riding a roller coaster to running through a haunted house, scary moments make us feel the butterflies in our stomach. it makes us feel alive. Even reading about them makes us feel alive. “Well, I killed him.” (Lamb to Slaughter.) Some people’s heart might start pounding heavily there, and it makes them urge to read on. …show more content…

When we’re on an intense ride, or being chased by a man with a hockey mask on ,or even playing hide and seek and someone gets close, adrenaline forces our hearts to thump at intense speeds, and makes us feel alive. it also gives us strong and powerful sensations of strength, and frequent bursts of energy. “Creepy stories help us to realise strong emotions.” (Why we like being scared: the science behind the scream.)
