A study performed at the University of Utah, shows that the participants crashed when they were texting while driving, but when they were intoxicated, they did not crash. On May 16, sixteen-year old, Savannah Nash, died in a car crash that investigators found to be the result of texting and driving. Is it that difficult to just put your phone down long enough to reach your destination, maybe even save a life in the process? It could be your own life you are saving.
