Reflective practice is a form of writing that links thought and action, it involves critical analyses of one’s feeling and actions with the goal to improve quality of performance.
It always takes time to adopt to the technique of critically analysing feeling and action, but then I realised how important this practice is and how it made me understand in-depth the underlying concepts of reflective practice, it gave me the opportunity to examine the basis of my knowledge and to use knowledge to solve problems

The potential barriers which I have experience with reflective witting is the time and energy needed to reflect and evaluating my feelings and actions, it is not just an easy process that anybody can rushed with although it has to occur within a time frame, it is a dialogue of thinking which need more time for someone to become good in doing something so well.
Preconceptions is a real barrier to reflective writing and it is that feeling which make somebody very uncomfortable and thinking that it is difficult to do something and is not worth doing it, honestly I had a very uncomfortable feeling and thought was burning in my head when I first joint the TAFE community mental health course, I did not understand the culture of the institution especially how they try to help student to achieve deep learning but then I work hard to be more positive and used my past experience to improve my learning and
