In “Hamlet”, Daniel Robert L describes the colorless and boring reenactment directed by Tom Gilroy. In this play Daniel describes the atmosphere as “Paint by Number”. The sets lack creativity, except for the bright moon in the background to contrast the darkness. The performance like the setting was staged on a generic platform. As the article continues Daniel goes into detail regarding the costumes and the new personalities of the characters. First off he describes the costumes.
