Quality is The standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind; the degree of excellence of something. Education is the process of facilitating learning/learning process, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, and habits. 2.2. Standards or Parameters of Quality Education Standard / parameter is the size or barometer used to assess or measure something. This becomes important for us to know, let alone in order to realize a quality education. If we refer to Government Regulation (PP). 19 Year 2005 on National Education Standards. National standards of education above, there are eight things that must be considered to realize a quality education, namely: ( )
a) Content standards, is the scope of the material and the level of competence as outlined in the criteria of graduate competency, subject matter competence, subject competence, and the learning syllabus to be fulfilled by learners at a certain level and type of education.
b) Process standard, is the national standard of education related to the implementation of learning in one educational unit to achieve the competency standards of graduates.
c) Standards of educators and educational personnel, is the criteria of pre-service education and physical or mental merit, as well as in-service

Educational institutions today are increasing their emphasis on high standards as a crucial factor in improving the quality of education imparted to their students. They are, therefore, looking at new and better ways to develop such a curriculum that meets all the pre-decided standards. This calls for a change in the way schools are run and the methods of teaching in order to design, implement and evaluate curriculum effectively.
