The rise of the new Groupthink “The power of introvert” is the article that I had read by Susan Cain, author of the Book “Quit”. Her book talks about the benefit of collaboration and introvert, who likes to works alone. Groupthink is a good idea, but what about introverts? Can they behave with them and share some time and work space with the group thinkers? Groupthink is everywhere. It’s in school, companies, fashion and religions places. The benefit from groupthinks in these places to share ideas and to know what everyone thinks about. People who like to set in group for example in school or in meeting to solve a problem or to share ideas about some homework or brainstorming, Groupthink will be the best idea for that. Steve Woznick, the invention of the personal computer Apple said” Work alone…not on a committee. Not on a team” and he mean by that, that if a person work by himself he can create more than if he works with a group of people and he an examples like artists and engineering who like to live in their own world then achieve some wonderful things. In my opinion, Groupthink and working alone are equal, because in both of them they will give a good solution. But Groupthink have bad results more than the introverts. Because the introverts will focus in his work, think on his idea, find solution and give a result without any problems to anyone. In conclusion, Groupthink and, introverts are a good solution to end with a big result and to achieve what the person want. Everyone have the right to choose how to work, with a groupthink or alone.
