Poseidon is one of the most know gods, he is most known for being the God of the Sea and protector of all waters. He had children including Orion, Polyphemus, Pelias, and many others. Poseidon is the son of Cronus and Rhea, some say he was swallowed by his father along with Hades, Demeter, Hestia, and Hera his siblings. Others say Poseidon like Zeus was not swallowed by Cronus, The mother Rhea tricked Cronus and said she gave birth to a flock of lambs so he devoured the lambs.
