Do you take medications without paying attention as to where they come from? Medicines such as those made of bugs or other seemingly odd things should be used as long as it does its job, it is used to an extent, and only by the patient's consent. These medications can be brought to use be medical teams to help fight diseases and ailments. These medications should only be used if the patient agrees, if it is used only to an extent, and only if it work. No one wants to eat poop or the brains of bugs for no purpose, that just does not happen. If you were to eat poop pills or ground up roach brains, would you want it to work? Poop pills were designed to help cure clostridium difficile, “c. diff” bacteria that causes diarrhea, as stated in ,“Frozen poop pills fight life-threatening diseases”. People do not particularly enjoy things that don't taste or seem very good. Gastroenterologists should allow patients to pick and choose out of the medicines that best fit to their needs. The physician should always allow the choice as a possibility though in case it is necessary. As the third paragraph states, the medicines should only be used to a patient's consent, it should also be used only to an extent. If a patient has chosen to take the odd side of the medicinal route, the strange medicines should only be used until the patient is healthy enough to be placed on a more desireable treatment. If a different medicine could be used, then the physician should not use this, to the patient's wills of course. Opposers would say these medicines shouldn't be used because they might transfer unknown or untreatable diseases to the already infected. These medicines also would disgust the patient. This may be true but the items used in creating these are screened as best as possible for harmful
