Last year in eighth grade I got hives, I got it from stress and eating gluten. I knew I was allergic to it but I thought it would be fine if I ate it and without my mom knowing. I ate it for about a month then I started to feel sick and that's when I started to break out in hives. I thought they would go away over the night. I was wrong I had them for six months. All over my legs, arms ,stomach and even sometimes my lips and eyes. It did not make me feel good about myself, I also ended up having a thyroid disease. I got lots of blood tests and lots of different diets like paleo and so much more. Nothing really worked at the time. I felt really insecure because my face was always really puffy.
