I guess you could say pants changed my life. If someone needed to know how to torture a 6-year-old Trillium the answer would be pants. As a young child, I absolutely despised wearing pants; they were uncomfortable, itchy, and stiff. I saw no point in putting extra effort into something bringing me so much discomfort. If there was no dress code for my elementary school I’m positive I would’ve worn a big comfy T-shirt with just my underwear. Comfort trumped anything for me, if I wasn’t comfortable I wouldn’t have been able to function; and it is still like that today, I immediately change into studying mode (pajama mode) when I get home. The phrase,“beauty is pain”, was one of my least favorites phrases growing up, because I hated the thought
