Memoir When I was a wee child, I always remembered watching reality, singing shows like American Idol and X-Factor and wondering if one day, could I ever possibly meet these celebrities or singers? Heretofore, who would have ever to predict that I met a renowned singer on American idol sooner than imagined? This miraculous moment occurred during the summer of 2016 when I was shopping at Target. For a few months before June, my father planned a summer, camping trip for my family to travel along with other families in our catholic church community. All of the members in my family, which includes my father and younger sister, who was going for this 3 day camp-out trip packed and organized everything but me. “What do you need this time?” He responded with a slight sigh. I, then, explained that I supposedly needed new jackets and food for the two hour road trip before arriving to the campsite. However, when I mentioned needing new jackets, it was an excuse for me to leave the house during summer and browse around at a store. Surprisingly, he understood the essentials I “needed” and drove his two little pumpkins, my sister and I, to the closest Target in Nguyen 2 Milpitas. We all came there not expecting anything much besides the fact that, hopefully, they will have the main items, chips. As for me, I sped walked right away to the chip aisle containing numbers and numbers and numbers of Sunchip bags hugging each other tightly from row to row. I quickly grabbed two of the original Sunchips since there was a convenient discount. Afterwards, as I roam through numerous aisles searching for my father and sister thinking this was possibly harder than Finding Waldo, I gazed on a bright, scarlet-colored, throw blanket that was merely three to four dollars laying casually on the shelf ahead of me.
