Vacations aren't always perfect there is always something that goes wrong. At least in my experiences. A perfect vacation to me is when we are all together as a family,which honestly doesn't happen that much. Having a 20 year old brother an 18 year old in post secondary school can make things complicated. Or having a vacation with no,ILLNESS, which can be very,very hard to do!! And I know I’m not the only one who has experienced this on a vacation! Snorkeling in Hawaii at night to see the manta rays twirl and flip underneath us as they feed anxiously on krill, was once in a lifetime experience. After an exhausting,but fun trip I realized that something good always comes out of something devastating.The thanksgiving break that I thought would be devastating turned out to be one of the best memories of my childhood.I learned a lot from this experience that I will carry on with the rest of my life.I also realized you have to make the most out of a situation that you don't like.This Thanksgiving Break will never be
The next day we had pancakes that the hotel gives for breakfast. That was the best food I have had since the vacation has started. My family and I went to the beach right after that. The water was still cold, so I had to play with the sand. Instead of building a sand castle, I built a set of tunnel and stuff underground. Then, my little brother came and jumped on the tunnels and all of it fell down.
I lost my shoes that night to cause they fell off in the lake so my mom had to make me some it was pretty funny. I wouldn't say it was the best experience, but it sure wasn't the worst. Now for the funny part, Some of my worst experiences. i was about eleven so not that long ago we were down in the racetrack area we had found and we hadn't been there for a while and noticed there was a hill of rocks about four feet high so we decided to ride up them because it was flat on the top. I was scared like normal, so my grandpa said “ why don't you go ahead and do the throttle?” I was okay with that so I got ready my grandpa was behind me ready to steer and right when I pushed the throttle I pushed just a little too much and we tipped the four wheeler on top of us, we were crushed between the rocks and the four wheeler for about ten minutes and now when I run I think that's why my knee messes up all the time cause I got a rock stuck in it. Another experience is I was riding my sister around I was ten, she was five I had her up front so she would be safe and we pulled into the driveway because i needed a drink. We stopped and my mom got us a drink, I was turned around talking to my grandpa on the four wheeler no one was paying attention to my sister and while we were talking she pressed the throttle and we crashed into the
This past summer, my family and I went on a cruise to the Bahamas. We had just docked at the second port, Nassau, and were preparing to exit the gigantic ship named the Carnival Fantasy. Once we got to the city, I noticed it was bustling with people of all different backgrounds and cultures. The roads were narrow and some even hilly. I remember coming to the conclusion that a lot of people in the Bahamas must have road rage what from the blaring car horns I could hear around every corner. My family and I were walking along the sidewalk, glancing into shops as we passed them. The weather was unbearably hot, but growing up in South Carolina allowed my family and I to push onward with our adventure. The sun burn on my back started to pulsate in pain any time the sunlight hit it, so we decided to stick to the side of the buildings that provided shade.
Let us not forget the ocean. There is nothing more spectacular then watching 12 to 20 foot waves crashing against the coral reefs. It is really something. I myself will never forget the first time I went surfing. At first, I got it down pretty well. I had very good balance and excellent control. I began to swim out farther then I should have. I see this wave come in that just blows me away. I try to paddle in to avoid it but it was too late.
I had never been on a jet ski as of New Years day but the thought of riding the clear blue waves was captivating. I somehow managed to convince my dad to go on one with me on New Years day. The waves were tranquil and the ocean was vacant, the sun setting made it all the more prepossessing. We rented the jet skis and put on our unnecessarily intense orange colored life jackets in case we were in the mood to blind a couple fish. Just before we could get onto our jet skis that kept attempting to float far away from us, we took a couple mandatory vacation pictures to show on social media our adventurous side.
We stopped and had our lunch on the boat. After lunch I really had to “go” so I jumped in the water. The second I made contact with the water I heard a loud shriek coming from the boat. I quickly peaked my head above the water.
When my Mom, my dad, my brother and I arrived at the beach it was a relief. We unpacked our stuff got our bathing suits on and went to check out the hotel pool. When we got to the pool we started swimming. When we got out of the pool we went back to the hotel room. When we went back we ordered food to the room. We ate and we went to go check out the beach. We were lucky we got a hotel so close to the beach. We got to the beach and we saw a lot of dead jellyfish. Our cousins were also here at the beach. We waited for my cousins when they got there we all hugged each other.
Almost everyone likes to take time out from a world of work and relax once in a while. One way of relaxing that has become popular amongst the people of today’s society is to take a vacation. This action has taken off with the people of today’s society. However, a vacation can mean several different things to several different people. For some people a vacation might be a chance to relax, while to others, a vacation might mean to leave their professional work for a while, only to do another different kind of work. Family vacations are something that takes a touch of arranging so that everybody can appreciate the experience without going insane. Especially where kids are concerned, family vacations should be prepared of time to make sure that all the children will have a decent time, furthermore so mother and father won't worry excessively, as well! With only a tad bit of arranging, a vacation that could have everybody prepared to have a genuine emergency can transform into a really charming vacation for everybody.
Throughout someone’s life they will go to many places with their family, friends, another relatives. I have been on a few vacations that have made a lasting impact on my life. But one of the most memorable vacations I have experienced was with my cousins. I went to goa beach. Most of you probably don’t know about that beach but it is a very famous one in south India. I enjoyed myself to the fullest. The beach environment was enlightening. I would not have wanted to take this trip with anyone other than my cousins. My most memorable family vacation took place two years ago. We went to Corsica, a French island situated in the south of France right next to Italy. I remembered waking up early excited to visit this new land. Used to take long flights, I was surprised to arrive to the destination after a one-hour flight. Even though the flight was short for me, it was stressful for my mom, she has never felt secured in a plane, probably due to the fact that she is afraid of height.
