Recommended: How to deal with increasing violence at schools

On an unusually warm fall day at Lewis and Clark Middle School the day had just started . Drake and his friend Sean were talking during passing periods. A boy named Joseph had hit Drake while he was walking to second period then turned and gave Drake a dirty look. Joseph walked away. At lunch Joseph hit Drake again in the shoulder causing him to drop his lunch and he looked at Drake, smirked, turned around and walked away. Sean said, “Can you believe that it's like he is trying to make you mad to get you in trouble.” Drake said, “Yeah he's the school bully he’s a jerk to everyone, he will get in what he deserves when the time comes.” Sean said. “What, a beating?” Drake said, “No, detention for two hours if he doesn’t stop. He’ll be so embarrassed having the teacher calling him up to hand him a detention note.” Then on the way home …show more content…

Joseph said “What do you want?” Drake “Said stop bullying my friend.” Joseph said “No.” Then Drake went and got the Principal and she pulled Joseph off Sean and Joseph's’ parents had to come to the school immediately and Joseph was grounded for the next two weeks and kicked out of school for the rest of the day. Then the next day Joseph was in physical ed with Drake and Drake helped Joseph in every game when Drake had a chance to shoot at the hoop he threw it to Joseph and he made the shot and Drake took a dodgeball for Joseph so he wouldn’t get out of the game then at lunch recess Joseph said to Drake “Why did you help me?” Drake replied “ just because you’ve been rude doesn't mean I shouldn’t help you.” so then Joseph, Drake and,Sean became friends. Then when Drake arrived home his mother asked “How was school?” and Drake replied “amazing!” So then he invited Joseph and Sean over to have a sleepover and play Modern Warfare 2. Plus for the rest of the year they were best
