The Fame Game When you 're the daughter of a billionaire, you tend to receive a glimpse of popularity. Since people have a tendency of tuning into your life in a desperate attempt to inherit some of your wealth. With my luck, I unfortunately find others frantically seeking for ways that they can creep into my life; desperately grabbing whatever they can get their hands on. However, as soon as they take what they need from me, they vacate. Presto! Regardless, that must be partially the reason why my father can 't ever commit to a relationship. Ever since my mother died, all he 's been trying to do was make me proud. But honestly, I couldn 't care less about him. Week after week he comes home with a new girlfriend. His sense of reasoning is ridiculous! He finds himself moving on as a reason for me to move on, while I view it as a cry for help. It’s funny how all his choices in women fall within the same category. They all are super tall and slender models with overdone makeup and they obviously have undergone plastic surgery. This week’s special is Jennifer. Her specialty was pretending that she liked me in a way that I couldn’t tell. My dad had our butler Javier cook us escargot for dinner. When I got 100% on the first math test I told her to keep it on the d-low, but everyone thought I paid her to give me good marks. When I got 100% on the final test, the board of education assumed that I was cheating. So now I must do badly in math, on purpose. After being on news for apparently cheating on my tests, my dad told me to fail math. Or I would lose the pool in my room. Immediately I failed. My teacher gives me sympathetic looks when I raise my hand, yet she doesn 't pick me. My dad probably has passed the rules about me
