Perfect Utopian Government

Generally all problems have solution that may or may not work. In the world of politics everyone uses greed and corruption to gain for themselves over others. Using Knowledge takes a very strong mind who is willing to lead. Receiving attention and gaining power is all characteristics into these rulers who lead differently. Style of ruling has much to do with knowing how configure a society. Governments, rulers and citizens all have responsibilities into making their perfect utopian world in which everyone is happy and where power is decided and denied if found corrupted.
