Percy Jackson: A True Hero

This man cares more about the wants and needs of the people around him then his own. Percy is brave in the toughest of situations, and stands up for what is right. Percy Jackson has even saved the world twice, by leading armies he organised on his own.

Percy was selfless when he vowed to save his mother after she was captured by Hades (the God of the Underworld) even if it meant putting his life at risk. He vowed he would do anything to get her back. He would certainly sacrifice his life to save another if he was given the chance. Percy always think of others first and helps them before he even begins to think about himself.

He has saved the world from being plunged into slavery, and secured for us the right to live life as we please. The first time, he organised an army by his lonesome within a day to stop the evil forces who roamed free, pillaging anything that they came across. He then led the battle, not one to sit in a command tent and throw around orders, while his friends put their lives at risk.

The second time, he led his friends around the world to convince the 12 Olympians to fight for his cause, to save the world as we know it. He brought backup to where the fight was occurring to help take down the evil forces. These great deeds prove that he is a true hero.

Percy Jackson is a true hero. Imagine if you had the chance to save your mother, but put your own life at risk. When Percy was given this chance, he never even thought about his own life. When he saved the world, he didn't care if he put his own life in immense trouble. When he met his half brother, he stood up for him, not caring if no one liked him after. It is clear that there is no way that Percy Jackson can be thought of anything but a hero, which is what he truly
