Oranges: What Does It Means To Be An Athlete

Who hasn't wanted to be famous? Maybe you wanted to be an athlete, a politician, or an actor. Perhaps you'd rather be in the stands watching that athlete. If any of this sounds like you, then you might just be an orange. When I say orange, I'm talking about the orange personality type. Oranges are people who love to entertain, like an actor, or who are crazy about sports, like an athlete or fan. One trait about oranges that I don't agree with is the character trait of expressing impatience. The True Colors activity describes me as an orange and I can agree with the fact that we love sports and are natural entertainers. I don't, however, agree that we all express impatience. Oranges are people who enjoy entertaining. Once when I was 12, I went to Six Flags with my cousins. After a long day of walking around in the heat, we ran into a worker that my cousins knew. She discussed how she was going to be in a old western show and how she needed to pull someone from the audience. I immediately volunteered. She agreed and we all made our way to the show. I, however disagree. Last summer, my family and I went on vacation to North Carolina. Because of my dad's fear of flying, we chose to drive the distance. After doing my research I determined it was going to be a 12-hour-drive. Long, but bearable. We left in the morning and I was anxious to get there. As the hours ticked by my patience grew short, but not once did I complain. Not even after the fourteenth hour arrived. We still weren't there and I was very tired of being crammed in the car. Finally, after 15 hours, we arrived at our destination. By then I had lost all patience, but I didn't complain to my parents once. It's instances like that, that go to show not all oranges are the type to express
