I believe in that to be a success in life I have to have experiences in my life story to improve myself, abilities and skills. This will add a lot to my social, and managerial experience too. My work experience started at the Amazon Palace International Restaurant as an Executive Manager. That was the fascinating experience I have consolidated my skills of taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant, analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability, organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes. Moreover, I was preparing reports weekly and monthly, including staff control food control and sales. My duties were unlimited to creating and executing plans for department sales, profit, and staff development, setting budgets and/or agreeing on them with senior management. Further, planning and coordinating menus. All that time I was supported by my support team.
One year later, I got another added experience which is summarize in earning my bachelor degree I had to work on my first research project titled “International Strategic

what the best source for this information? of course, it was certainly one of those people who lived a long period of time in American culture and adapted well, people who have an amazing experience there. My oldest sister was the mentor for me, since the moment that my children and I were put our feet out on the U.S.A land. It was the first time for us move away from our guardian “a husband for me, a father for my kids.” He put his trust on me and that means a lot to me. I have been working hard just to achieve a point in my soul that I deserve his trust. I left my father, mother, friends and husband behind that was the tough part for me as sensitive personality. “Yes, I know this is probably my greatest
I am happy to say that I received my degree after four years of hard work...
I found that I enjoyed work most when I was in a team, which is something that I did not expect since I’m an introvert who hates group projects. Nonetheless, I have loved my jobs where I am working alongside my coworkers and having them push me creatively and in my work ethic; it also just makes work more fun. Correspondingly, I have hated every job where I have not felt challenged, as well as, jobs where I have been patronized regularly by my supervisors. In addition to this, I also found that I prefer the social, realistic, and enterprising people-environments; the social environment surprised me, but the description of it as, “people who are bent on trying to help, teach, or serve people” is exactly what I came to realize I want. After brainstorming and finishing Bolles’ questions, I discovered that my ideal career would be in small organization, where the coworkers collaborate closely; it would be in a city with a sizeable population of people my age, where craft products and small businesses are flourishing. Likewise, the organization would be focused on providing a service that gives back to those in the community, hopefully combatting the cycle of poverty. In the organization, I would like to be coordinating people or events, and doing other behind-the-scenes duties that keep the whole place running. As far as

For example, since I was required to collaborate with my peers who were responsible for overseeing the inventory levels and evaluating of orders’ frequency and quantities and develop daily & bi-weekly production schedules accordingly and therefore I gained a profound insight into the dynamics of Production Management which further reinforced the knowledge I obtained during my bachelor studies in Industrial
After I graduated with honors, I knew exactly that I want to work for improvement of my country in the sphere of new technologies. I took a project work in National Innovation Fund. My task was to organize 1st Republican conference on commercialization of technologies. I did it and my team got very high evaluation of work. I think that was a big contribution to development of my country.
...so understands the viewpoints of immigrants that are in danger of having to leave America, although she had never been in any real danger of having to leave because she was a legal citizen, but she knew many people who were not so fortunate. My father grew up in Washington DC in the 1960s around strong racial discrimination. Because of his surroundings, when my father took a trip to Ethiopia, he was able to greatly appreciate the lack of discrimination based on the color of skin, something that my mother most likely doesn’t because it has never been an issue to her growing up.
Therefore, I started to teach colleagues what I learnt and search for supervisor to work with them. To insure the continuity of this after my graduation, I with my team, take ambitious step by asking the dean to accept our proposal for official student research unit with next 5 years plans. Surprisingly, it happened and came to reality after publications of our undergraduates’ team. My role started as a cofounder, strategic planner, contributor to scientific content, present research seminars and make connections with research
Being from Venezuela, a country that is now going through a dictatorial regime that controls almost all media outlets, made me realize the importance of freedom of speech and free media. For this reason I decided to pursue a major in Broadcast Journalism in The Pennsylvania State University. By my second semester in school, I knew I wanted to complement my Journalism degree with another major, a field that could be, in the future, my topic of specialization for all my stories. Economics grabbed my attention from the first ECON class I attended; I noted this area of study was very broad and influential for most of the stories that were heading the news every day. I also felt a strong interest for this subject due to the tough economic crisis my natal country was and still is going through. For these reasons, I decided to pursue a double major and on May 2013 I graduated with Cum Laude distinction with a BA in Broadcast Journalism and BS in Economics.
As a result of this project, my organisation, computer skills were greatly improved. Additionally, my knowledge of the research process and its implications were improved. In hindsight, my post-graduate degree was very challenging but rewarding. What was essential to its completion was remaining motivated through stressful situations. I gained valuable skills as a result including excellent time-management and organization skills due to working on numerous project simultaneously, skills I know are necessary for this post.

...curate and working piece of scientific software by a deadline, forcing me to learn how to deal with it all on the fly. I now feel immensely more prepared to take on any project, and far more accustomed to academia, having taken my first steps down the path of research.
Day 1; - On the first day of work experience, I was received by the manager, who took me to the bank. As soon as I arrived, the staff welcomed me and introduced themselves to me. In the same way, I introduced myself to them. Next, I had to go to the assistant manager’s office and she explained what I would learn and do in my week long course. On my first day, I worked with Victoria in the customer care department. She demonstrated how to enter the cheque in the system. Additionally, she displayed how to use the core banking system. More importantly, she showed me how to scan the cheques and add them to the system. As time passed by, Victoria gave me pile of cheques to enter in the system while she went for her late lunch. When she reappeared at three o ‘clock, she was gleeful with my work. Finally, when there was no more work, she talked to me and gave me pointers on what I had to do in order to do this job in the future. As we talked time passed by and the bank closed.
