It has been proven that most of us neglect to get the physical activity that we need to keep our body’s healthy. However, for most of us, we give up the physical activity because our muscles simply cannot take the beating anymore. Perhaps we worked out and felt pain and tenderness, or we move something that now causes us to ache every time we move. The thing is, instead of giving up, we should find a way to work around it.
