Stress can be very expected in life, however, it is very harmful. Most people that may be under a lot of stress can produce a feeling of being worn out, exhausted or even depressed. Many studies shows how stress plays a major role in Multiple Sclerosis. There was one particular study conducted by researchers of Northwestern University. These researches wanted to see whether or not stressful events had a positive or negative effects on MS patients dealing with brain lesions.
