Interpersonal relationships represent one of the fields of action most studied today, since from the psychological perspective, there are diverse behaviors that must be understood for an effective stimulation of relationships between human beings. In this sense, there are different theories such as the one presented by Cialdini (2006), points out that within interpersonal relationships, there must be a motivational component that allows ideas to be better communicated between two or more people. In the same way, satisfy the set of intrinsic needs that go hand in hand with the reasons why they establish such communications between people.

This should be understood as the ability of people to obtain information about their environment and share it with the rest of the people. The communicative process is formed by the emission of signals (sounds, gestures, signs) in order to make a message known. Successful communication requires a receiver with the skills to decode the message and interpret it. If communication fails, the interpersonal relationship will be complicated. We must bear in mind that interpersonal relationships function both as a means to achieve certain objectives and as an end in itself. Everything is important, because according to the different approaches made by Chambers (2017), the human being is a social being and needs to be in contact with others of the same species (p.68). For these reasons, psychologists insist with emotional education to improve positive attitudes towards life and, at the same time, allow the development of social skills, stimulating empathy and favoring attitudes to confront conflicts, failures and frustrations. Motivation is not characterized as a personal trait, but by the interaction of people with the situation, so the motivation varies from one person to another and in the same person can vary in different times and situations. Therefore, Motivating someone, in a general sense, is about creating an environment in which they can meet their objectives by contributing their energy and effort, hence the importance of managers dominating this issue to value and act, ensuring that the individual objectives coincide as much as possible with the intended ones. The purpose then, is not the elaboration of a deep theoretical treatise about the concept of motivation and its application in educational and non-educational organizations, but on the contrary, it tries to give a practical approach that in turn allows reflection on this subject whose importance and usefulness is unquestionable, at the school, personal and organizational levels. Now, it must be established that motivational psychology contributes significantly to the improvement of interpersonal relationships, since there is a strong link between this theory and emotion as a natural reaction of a human being.
