I was walking my dog, Zoe, down the street one day. It was all going well until Zoe starting digging in the yard that belonged to the richest person on the block. I knew I was dead, it would a matter of moments until they would find me and do something to me that I would later regret. As I am trying to pull my 100-pound golden retriever away to keep walking, I notice something. Zoe found bones that belonged to a human. Sadly, my fake sick day just turned into another work day. Now that I have finished college and earned my degree at the University of Tennessee, I can now do some cases by myself. After the police had the story, it was time to find out the identity of the person. I knew that I was going to determine the sex of the victim first so I can start my search off by eliminating half of the people on the first search. The person that I was dealing with had perfect teeth so I couldn’t look at dental records, but the victim did have a broken bone. And that narrowed the search down to 12 people. Now, it was time to as Dr. Their. We showed him the list of the 12 people of the rest of the suspects.

He stated, “This person did not go here for his surgery, maybe you should try to go to the Avera Hospital, this looks like one of the screws that they would use.”

After talking to Dr. Their, it was time to ask Dr. Lester and see if our missing body could be found. When he was searching for the serial number of the screw, it only matched one person who was on our missing database. Dr. Lester found out that our dead person was the 23-year-old Berent Hanson. He was the only one out of this list that he did surgery too, and the serial numbers matched. Finally, my work here is done, now back to doing things I really wanted to do with my free time.
