MENSTRUATION.
Menstruation is the process that involves the shedding of the uterine walls of a female and the menstrual blood flows through the cervix and passes out of the body through the vagina. For many women the menstrual period lasts 2-5 days with others going up to 7dasy. For young girls, one receives their menstrual period after they have been ushered in to puberty. This is usually between the ages 8yrs and 14yrs although for some are early bloomers while others are late bloomers.
MENSTRUAL CYCLE.
When a female’s periods start coming more regularly and the starting date up to the next start date has been established, this makes up her menstruation cycle. When the cycle is regular, it is an indication that all the parts that are involved with causing menstruation are working properly and effectively.
