Kim Jones recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Management. After six months of applying to several corporate positions, he was finally hired to be a General Manager at the Stanton Bank. This position requires him to guide and monitor his team in order to manage the company’s financial records accordingly. Jones was informed by Jim Nelson, his Senior General Manager, about the auditor who will be coming on December 1st to evaluate the company’s financial records. This means that Jones only has four months left before the initial date. Nelson advises Jones to frequently ask questions if he is uncertain about anything that concerns the company. Another argument is that Nile had a motive for stealing the money and he was the only person who asked Jones and Nelson for a raise. Due to Nile’s absence at work for the past few days, Nelson is convinced that he stole the money and escaped. Nelson suggests that the company should perform a background check on all of their employees to ensure that this problem does not occur again. The last argument is to report the information and allow investigators to find Paul Nile.

Since the company does not have evidence of Nile taking the money, Jones suggests that they should investigate thoroughly about the problem before reporting anything. Another argument is that this company has many employees as well, which means that Nile should not be judged for a crime that he most likely did not do. Jones believes that they should inform their Department Head and contact the auditor about the solutions that they could do to solve this problem.
