In the story "Brave New World" the author, Aldous Huxley argues that there is a better society in the world that's in the book rather than the world in real life. He does this by using juxtaposition. The world state that is in his book seems to be much more organized than ours. There seems to be better education, depending on what social level you are in. Lastly there are less issues with the society. He has shown us his vision of a perfect world. From the beginning of the chapter there was evidence that this world state was more organize then our world. People were to be born on specific dates, not only that but they were born looking the same. This gave the society the feeling of equality. They also organize the people into different social structures, they trained them to like their social structure and not allow them to move up or down from it. This gave everybody a job that needs to be done in order to have society progress on. The world state in this story is more organize than in our world because in our world there isn't really equality and there are many people that don't have jobs and are homeless because of it. There also isn't enough progress in the society in the real world compared to the one in the story. …show more content…

The education here depends on the opinion of the reader because some might think it too violent but others might think it's a good teaching method. In the book it does seem to be a good teaching method because it ends up working there. It works enough that it keeps them in their own social structure by their own will. There is proof that their education works, the majority of times in the real world, the education doesn't work. There are many different methods of teaching but none of them worked as well as the ones from the story. It is just very strange the way they teach compared to our teaching
