The most power in the constitution is the legislative branch I learned this from the Preamble, the Articles. In my opinion the legislative branch it's the most important of all the other two branches which are the executive and judicial branch. The legislative branch this is the branch that includes congress, they are responsible for making laws. The second branch of government is the executive branch this is the branch that includes the president, they are responsible for carrying our laws. The last branch of government is the judicial branch, this branch includes the supreme court they are responsible for making sure laws are constitutional. Supreme Court Justices are chosen by the President, confirmed by the Senate, and serve for the rest of their lives, as long as they practice “good behavior”. The Legislative Branch Headed by Congress includes the House of Representatives and the Senate Its powers include passing laws, originating spending bills House. The first thing that comes from the three branches is The executive Branch of our government. The Judicial branch part of our federal government includes the Supreme Court they are special judges who interpret laws according to the Constitution. The legislative branch has the responsibility for interpreting the nation’s laws, settling disagreements between states, and protecting the Constitution. For an example if the congress votes on the bill and if two third votes to pass it the bill is made into a law then the president can decide to sign the bill or not if he doesn’t sign the bill after 10 days the bill will become a law without his signed needed. Also if the president decides he wants to pass a law for example everybody gets free money every friday if the legislative branch decides it’s not a good idea they won't pass the
