There has been many debates among religions, philosophers, and even among us regular humans about life after death. Is religion real? What happens after we die? Am I going to heaven or hell? Am I gonna be reincarnated? My question is “Are the concepts of faith, and religion on life after death just mechanisms to give hope after death?” Many believe in religion without concrete evidence which makes me question religion itself. Why do people believe in religion completely? Is it blind fate or is religion real? I believe that faith in religion gives hope to people about the afterlife and makes it easier for them to accept their death when the time comes, however religion itself is also unexplainable and it can be real. …show more content…

The truth is we are all going to die whether we like it or not, but knowing that our lives may be in heaven or we may be reborn may lessen the burden on us humans who are afraid of death. In philosophy, religion, mythology, and fiction the afterlife is a different realm where the soul/body transcends to after death. Other religion, such as those in the Abrahamic Tradition, hold that the dead go to a specific place after death, as determined by a god, gods, or other divine judgment, based on their actions or belief during their life time . Religion itself will determine where we will go when our body and soul leaves the world. If you’re Christian you go to heaven, and if you believe in buddhism or hinduism you will be reincarnated. Buddhism and Hinduism would believe that we humans are currently here because we were reincarnated in our past life. Plato said “The return to life is an actual fact, and it is a fact that the living are generated from the dead and that the souls of the dead exist.” When we die our body dies, but when we get reincarnated our soul goes into a different body, however we don’t have any memories of our past life. Now if we think about it logically we all have to come from somewhere and we can’t exist without something much powerful because we can’t come from nothing. Whether you believe in religion or not you have to admit that we humans can not come from nothing and that is where religion itself comes from. For example in Christianity people believe that God made us human beings starting with Adam and Eve. As generation and time past stories of religion has been passed down telling tales about life after death and how heaven exists accepting people who believed in God. There has been stories about people coming back from the dead and how they saw God and or a glimpse of heaven, and when people who died comes back to life we call that a miracle.In this case many
