I am always looking ahead and planning for the future. I expect excellence from myself and I thrive to be better everyday for the people around me or my teammates on the basketball court. This is why I set goals for myself daily, to inspire people in the world, to make an impact, and finding a job in the future to pursue. These are all my goals that I want to achieve and college will play a huge part in this. Receiving merit is a reward because of my academic effort, volunteering around the community, and athletic achievement but it means a lot more to me.
