Recommended: Effects on raising the minimum wage

Employees who receive tips should be paid the same minimum wage as other employees. I believe that regardless if you recieve tips or not, that extra money should not dictate whether or not you should recieve minimum wage. All employees deserve equality, compliance, and gratitude. Which raising the minimun wage of tipped employees would accomplish! First, I believe that all employees deserve equal chances at being able to support themselves, and afford the high expenses of living. As written in "Letter #1: Server Wages Should Be Increased" the employee states "Inflation has driven up the cost of living by 75% over the past twenty-four years." By giving all employees equal chances at providing for themselves, we assure a more friendly and desirable
