If I had to choose a favorite character I would have to say, The Grinch from the movie “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”. The Unique actor who plays the Grinch is the one and only Jim Carrey. In most of Carrey’s movies, he plays the role of a strange individual which went along great with the role of the Grinch. The Grinch is a cold hearted, mean, and naughty person, but in the end, there was an ending no one would have expected.
To begin with, the setting takes place in the town of Whoville where everyone is filled with joy and cheer. The residents of Whoville gather their decorations and wear their best clothing for the preparation of Christmas which is the theme. When the Grinch went down to the town of Whoville just to cause chaos such as mixing up the resident’s mail or giving children a saw as a present, he had to wear a costume and a mask so the residents would not recognize him. The dramatic irony kept me on the edge of my seat; the audience knows that the Grinch wants to ruin Christmas for the people
