I consider myself a totally different person from everyone else. I have been very successful academically because I am a person who works hard every day, in the classroom and outside doing something to get better. I have never given up in my goals. In my life, I have had really hard challenges, but mainly coming to America and getting adopted being the hardest ones. My life changed a lot because of that, but with hard work I achieved and got a 3.73 GPA throughout in my 4 years of high school, while learning English. I know that in the future I will be a person with a really good job and a happy life. This scholarship can help me accomplish my goal, and in the future it will help me get a better life. When I was in high school, I found a great amount of motivation and desire when I entered my math classes. I knew that my life had to involve math, and then I decided to do engineering. I decided to do Computer engineering after I noticed that I love to search about the component and its use. Every time I looked up the specs of a computer I got hooked. Computer engineering has become the career that I would love to do and while also I be good at. This Scholarship can help me become a computer engineer. I changed mentally and physically. When I was adopted I was a chubby and not really strong kid, and I was not happy with the way I looked. I knew I was the only person that I was able to change that and then I decided to join the join and with the help pf my family I lost about 40 pounds of fat. The adoption also changed me mentally. In my first year in high school, I got 4 A’s and 2 B’s while I was learning English. In my senior year I was able to Achieve 4.1 in the two semesters while taking two English Classes.
