Introduction: This is a novel that John Steinbeck has written telling about two friends who travel together and meet more people who also become friends with them. Lennie always put George through hard times because he always end up doing something bad like grabbing a girl’s dress without her permission and on top of that not letting go or even killing an animal or even a person. George knows that Lennie is not really in his right mind because of the little things that he does. The two men stays together because they really don’t have anybody else, they travel to this farm and meet new people and make friends but towards the end really bad things happen and George end up having to kill his friend Lennie. Body 2 Lennie trusts George because he stays with George and he lets George do everything for him. Lennie also trust George because he listens to him and looks up to him even though he is way bigger than him. George have been there for Lennie for a long time when nobody else was, Lennie trust George because he knows that if he do something bad he can leave it up to George to protect him. In chapter 2 Lennie pleads to George “let’s get outta here its mean here Lennie says this to George because he trusts George to look out for him. But George says “we gotta stay” to indicate that he trust Lennie to trust his judgement. Body
