Haven

I wake up feeling grumpy and hungry I look outside to see that it's still light I guess I didn't sleep for as long as I thought, I went downstairs to see my dad at the kitchen table eating what looked like cereal,

"Hey, what are you doing here I thought you had the late shift," I ask sitting opposite of him,

he looks at me weirdly for a second before cracking a smile

"Do you know what day it is?" he asks, now it's my turn to look at him weirdly,

"Yeah it's Monday," I state, rolling my eyes at his weirdness,

"No lu, it's Tuesday and Gray should be here soon," he says turning the page,

No it can't be, I run upstairs to my room and check my phone, oh god It's fifteen minutes till school starts I quickly start scrambling around for an outfit I thrown on some jeans and a cute sweater and my boots, then run into the bathroom quickly brushing my teeth then aplying light make up I grab my bag and phone run down the stairs I see gray talking to my dad,

"Gray, no time for chit chat get your ass out that door," I yell running out the door.
