All Americans want the American Dream and everyone has their own version of it. To get there it requires a lot of hard work, determination, and passion. Everyone has to start somewhere and work up to it. We all start in different places and at different times, which some may call “unfair” but in reality we all have the same 24 hours a day, it’s what you do with that time that makes it count. The different versions of The American Dream can be whatever you make it. From lots of family and being happy with not as many unnecessary items to having millions of dollars, the nice car and house. Without dedication it’s impossible to accomplish anything. “There’s a difference between interest and commitment, when you're interested in something you do it only when it's convenient, but when you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.” -Blanchard. Dedicating to the American Dream means going out of your way every day to do anything and everything it takes to accomplish it and it requires you to put 110% into what you’re doing no matter how small the task could be. Everything you do good for yourself, or even someone else will always come back to push you farther towards your goal of The American Dream. “The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.” -Lombardi. “Life is a series of experiences, each one of which makes us bigger, even though sometimes it is hard to realize this. For the world was built to develop character, and we must learn that the setbacks and grieves which we endure help us in our marching onward.” -Ford. Henry Ford the creator of the Model T did not get to that point without dedication. He created something that was hardly in existence at all at the time and created an affordable and reliable automobile. One of the biggest challenges he came across what creating this vehicle in a short amount of time but at the same time producing many at once. He created what is known at the assembly line which is still used today in car manufacturing plants all across the world. The assembly line allowed companies to manufacture thousands of cars each week at the time. None of this would be possible without dedication. Its very important to be dedicated to your work because without it you won't be able to accomplish anything because one you haven't deserved it nor have you put in the time required to have earned
