Why do many people entertain unnatural foods when we are natural humans? Humans are equipped to certain diets, meaning what may seem like the right things to eat aren’t necessarily right. Humans intake one of three things blood, dairy or starch. Bloods meaning meats anything that was killed and processed. Many people feel that eating meat is their source of protein and many are right, however to much blood intake can cause sickness and cancerous ailments.
Eating blood on a consistent basic weakens the immune system and causes the body to become acidic. Blood has been a part of society for years and with each bite of blood many become sick and lack energy. Emotional eating is known as a silent killer because it’s nothing a person notices, it just happens and its uncontrollable depending on the state of mind a person has. Many people live to eat in this day in time and many realize later after sickness and disease that food is given for the consumption of live. Consuming animal products can be a source of nutrients for humans however, not only is it a secondary source of nutrition, it comes at a price. Certain parasites survive temperatures up to 1500F. Having a high diet in meat will also result in high cholesterol because the human body is not made to digest animal cholesterol. Not to mention, the toxins that will eventually circulate through the blood causing bad body odor. Plant nutrients have plenty of fiber which bulks the stool, brushes the intestines, and helps move the food through the intestines to maintain proper regularity. Meat however, sits in the intestines and this will result in constipation.
Starch is another factor in why many people are cancerous because starch consists of yeast and whole grain foods. Starch is broken down in the stomach into sugar. Starch becomes absorbed and insulin is secreted by the pancreas. So, many get an insulin response to starch immoderation. This causes inflammation of the blood vessel lining with following heart attacks and strokes. Sooner or later it can cause diabetes.
The liver is processing the extra sugar and makes cholesterol and triglycerides out of it, which is stored as fat in your internal tissues and in your visceral fat.
