Option 2:

Fate, the idea that your life is planned before you are born. Whether it be by a higher being or just the universe itself, many people believe in fate. This makes people believe that, whatever they do, it will work out in the end. Associating this with love is common, as well, and influences many relationships. Even in novels, couples thoughts are swayed by destiny. One of the most famous examples of these couples are Romeo and Juliet. This age-old story tells the tale of two star-crossed, forbidden lovers. Ultimately, they both die because of poor planning, and possibly fate. Destiny seems to intervene with these two characters many times throughout the story. One example is Friar Lawerence wedding Romeo and Juliet.
