From eating my mom’s food, I started to like this one dish. Every time my mom cooked I would ask her to make it because I love it so much. It’s a famous dish for most Haitians and non-Haitians. This dish is known as legume. Most people can’t get enough of legume. Legume is a mixture of vegetables and meat. Some people may prefer beef, pork, and crab. This dish is delicious, healthy, and brings satisfaction to your tummy. This dish will take you approximately two hours to make and it requires a load of attention. To start with, you will need 2lbs of meat, ¼ cup vegetable oil, and 2 limes, about 2 eggplants and 1 bag of squash and 1 chayote. These are the main ingredients.
