Yes i believe that is an expression of speech because that's what the individual thinks of the U.S and the if the police arrest the person then the first amendment is being violated. We can't just take their freedom of speech away just because it hating on the U.S. There are a lot of people who hate on other countries and they still are protected by the 1st amendment , so why should people who dislike amarica not be protected by the 1st amendment. 6. Is the death penalty cruel and unusual punishment? Explain. Should the death penalty be banned in each state, should it be expanded to all states, or should it be left up to each individual state and why? Explain your response in detail. No I do not believe the death penalty is a cruel and unusual punishment because some people deserve to die for what they have done, but it shouldn't be a punishment for crime that did not similar with murdering a lot of people. i don't think that is it should be banned in all states because i believe that it should be expanded to all states because it a waste to keep a bunch of murders from the public and feed them and educate them when they killed people.For the botched execution is a different thing because he was a special case but he still deserves to the death penalty because he murdered 2 people. 8.
